Paul Crotty - Professional Profile

Paul Crotty has worked with private and public organizations nationally and internationally. As an accomplished management consultant and facilitator, Mr. Crotty synthesizes the strengths and commitment of project and management stakeholders into a clear and measurable vision. Beyond just goal setting, he enables teams to expedite their ability to exploit opportunities and resolve issues, producing world-class results through world-class teamwork. Through his work over the years with project teams on large and complex projects and management teams of startup companies and nonprofit organizations, he consistently achieves sustainable results with his clients by enabling more effective collaboration, communication and individual accountability to action.

Mr. Crotty has extensive experience as a partnering facilitator on major construction projects, working with project teams on projects ranging from health care to infrastructure, education to Department of Defense projects. Some of his clients include the U.S. Navy, US Army Corps of Engineers, GSA, and multiple states’ DOT’s, water districts, school districts and community college districts, universities, the LA MTA, Valley Metro Rail, St. Joseph’s Health System, the city of Los Angeles, the city of Las Vegas, the city of Houston, and more.

Previously Mr. Crotty served as an associate pastor of a large church where he spent some of his time leading teams overseas. He also led up to 360 Marines both stateside and in foreign countries as an infantry platoon commander then a company commander with the United States Marine Corps. Working with varied teams in over 27 countries, Paul has developed the ability to think on his feet, see the big picture and accomplish the mission through the coordinated efforts of his teams. Paul graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University with a degree in psychology. He lives in Houston Texas with his wife, son and four and dogs. He enjoys time with his family, traveling, reading and running.
