Jim Eisenhart, President of Ventura Consulting Group, has been at the leading edge of organizational development and management consulting since 1974. Mr. Eisenhart works to enable clients and project teams to achieve extraordinary results. Mr. Eisenhart then takes teams beyond goal setting and into developing an action plan grounded in very specific personal commitments. Mr. Eisenhart has been engaged with over 500 project teams around the world over the past 20 years. These projects range from small roadway projects just over $1M to large, complex projects construction programs over $1B. Recent clients include: McCarran International Airport, Jet Propulsion Laboratories in Pasadena, LAUSD, Caltrans, USACE, NAVFAC, Amgen and many others.

Recently, Mr. Eisenhart has completed his book titled, \"From Good to World Class; Raising the Bar on Project Teamwork\". This thesis of World Class Teamwork and Results on construction projects has been developed over the past three years and has been presented at the AIA, CMAA and AGC National Conventions. This process and approach to construction has also been adopted by major contractors and owners groups around the country. Mr. Eisenhart is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and The Anderson School of Business at UCLA where he received his MBA. Mr. Eisenhart served in the US Army in Vietnam as a reconnaissance platoon leader. In his free time, Mr. Eisenhart competes in long distance trail running, open ocean sailing, snow skiing and free diving.

Mr. Crotty specializes in developing and enhancing the effective collaboration of human systems for more than ten years. Mr. Crotty has applied this specialization on hundreds of project teams, world wide. With an adept ability to coordinate commitments from various stakeholders, Mr. Crotty has a proven track record of creating truly World Class teams, which are able to achieve extraordinary results. Mr. Crotty has designed and facilitated a formal partnering process for 100 projects ranging in size and complexity from road-widening projects to international offshore gas storage projects. Mr. Crotty’s clients include NAVFAC, USAVE, GSA, LA MTA, Valley Metro Rail, St. Joseph’s Health System, the Cities of Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston, Austin and many more.

Previously, Mr. Crotty served as an associate pastor of a large church where he spent some of his time leading teams overseas. He also led up to 360 Marines both stateside and in foreign countries as an infantry platoon commander then a company commander with the US Marine Corps. Working with diverse teams in over 27 countries, Mr. Crotty has developed the ability to adapt quickly, see the big picture and accomplish the mission through the coordinated efforts of his teams. Mr. Crotty is a graduate of Pepperdine University and lives in Houston Texas with his wife, son and four big dogs. He enjoys time with his family, volunteering, and reading.

Mr. Flesner serves as a Facilitator, Change Consultant and Strategic Marketing Director for the firm. He is a proficient problem solver and communicator who excels in the development of management principles, practices and methodologies. Mr. Flesner′s expertise and knowledge allows him to successfully manage projects from concept through planning, implementation, and review. He has over a decade of experience in the leadership and management of high performance teams within small and large organizations. This essential experience helps him to ensure proper communication and teamwork among project stakeholders. Mr. Flesner is consistently recognized for his ability to employ critical and creative thinking processes to facilitate profitable business decisions.

Mr. Flesner is an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council, the Associated General Contractors of America, The Southern California Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America and The International Partnering Institute. Mr. Flesner has facilitated partnering programs around the world and his client list includes: NAVFAC, USACE, Caltrans, The Nevada Department of Transportation, The University of California Systems, The University of Maryland, Los Angeles Unified School District, The US Bureau of Water Reclamation and many more. In addition, Mr. Flesner has worked and consulted for many global companies which include: Anheuser-Busch, The Coca-Cola Company, Bank of America, Pepsi Co., GMAC Financial Services, Sara Lee Foods, Toyota, Adidas, ADT, Anschutz Entertainment Group, The Los Angeles Galaxy, The Los Angeles Kings and the United States Olympic Committee.

Mr. Flesner received his MBA from the Charles Lundquist School of Business at the University of Oregon and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Missouri. Neal lives with his wife Carmen and their dogs in Venice, California. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys running marathons, mountain biking, SCUBA, reading and traveling.

Ms. Hughes serves as Operations Coordinator for Ventura Consulting Group. Ms. Hughes works to ensure workshop logistics that support project teams. Ms. Hughes is the client’s go-to source for workshop scheduling, locations, conference planning participant notification and any post workshop communications. Ms. Hughes also directs client billing, travel and internal accounting at VCG. Prior to her current position, Ms. Hughes served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Radisson Suites Hotels.
